Researchers believe it does this by affecting certain brain chemicals related to relaxation and anxiety response. And because it’s an herbal remedy, it won’t interact with any medications or affect how they work.
3) Hops extract – Hops extract contains phytoestrogens that bind estrogen receptors in the body’s cells, thereby helping balance estrogen levels naturally.
The hops extract supplement I recommend, Estroven® PM Nighttime Sleep Aid, also includes 5mg of melatonin per serving. Melatonin supports normal sleep cycles while blocking the stimulant effects of caffeine on the body so you can fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
